We believe that art and design can deeply affect and enhance people’s lives, and that beautiful surroundings are energizing for those who occupy them.

Tory Savery graduated from the prestigious Parsons School of Design and then spent time working as a fine artist and set designer for theater and film before forming the Interior design firm in 2002.

Her background informs each project and brings together a sensibility for color and composition with a love of function and architecture. The firm has roots on both the East and West coasts; a point that reveals itself in an ease of working between many different styles.

Savery Design has a deep appreciation of each client and each project’s  individuality, which has resulted in substantial recognition for the beautiful, calm, comfortable, and sometimes surprising spaces they create.  Beauty and practicality that go hand in hand is always a premier objective and quality in both materials and craftsmanship is constantly emphasized.

Calm and comfortable working relationships are another earmark of Savery Design. Each project receives the thorough attention it deserves and Tory and her staff are present throughout the entire design and build process to make sure that no detail is overlooked. This hands-on approach of Interior Designer and Project Management builds the trusting and stimulating working relationship that often grows into further long-term plans and projects, a sure sign of successful collaboration.
